Diyadin is a district known for its hot springs, 5 km south of the centre. The waters, rich in iron, sulphur and calcium and reaching 60-70°C, are gathered in five sections. Diyadin Castle, the ruins of Meya village and Tokluca Castle are the district's historic sites to see.
