Sultanhanı Caravanserai
One of the largest Seljuk caravanserais in Anatolia.

Built in 1229 under Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad I, the caravanserai was an important stop on the Konya-Aksaray caravan route. With its grand portal, the kiosk mosque in the middle of its courtyard and the covered winter hall, it is one of the largest examples of Seljuk caravanserai architecture.
