Built in 1930 by Atatürk's comrades-in-arms at the wooded Gülalan location, the mansion is an example of civil architecture showing Bulgarian architectural influences. Atatürk stayed here during his visit to Bozüyük on 10 June 1930. The building is protected by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
