Bulak Mencilis Cave lies in a valley within the boundaries of Bulak village in Karabük's central district, bordering Safranbolu. The cave is about 6 km long in total, though only its first 400 metres are open to visitors. Alongside its stalactites, stalagmites and columns, an underground stream flows through it.
