Balışeyh

Balışeyh lies in north-eastern Kırıkkale and takes its name from Bal-ı Şeyh, another name for Şeyh Edebali. A 13th-century Seljuk mosque still stands in the town centre; the district's economy rests on grain farming and livestock raising.
