Çamaş, close to the Ordu coast, is a small district named after Mehmed Çamaş Bey, a 15th-century administrator; under Ottoman rule it was known as the Çamaş Bolaman sub-district. Sarıçiçek Plateau and Gelin Rock are its natural highlights.
