Çambaşı Plateau, in the Kabadüz district at 1,850 metres, is one of the important highland plateaus of the Black Sea region. It has been declared a plateau centre by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and comes alive in summer with its market, picnic areas and restaurants. A ski centre in the same area also serves winter tourism.
