The former Eski Sanat Okulu building, built as an industrial school in 1896-99, was restored and opened as the Sivas Archaeology Museum in 2009. Finds from regional excavations such as Kuşaklı-Sarissa and Kayalıpınar, ranging from the Chalcolithic to the Ottoman period, along with Hittite tablets and seals, are displayed in chronological order.
