Rising on Rasattepe hill, Anıtkabir is the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, completed in 1953. The Road of Lions, the Ceremonial Plaza, the Hall of Honour and the Atatürk and War of Independence Museum can be visited. The changing of the guard draws visitors.
